Bulk Plate PCRs
96-well plates are organized by primer pair
- Prioritize plates for sequences where you don't have many existing sequences already
- You pay for empty wells, can't do a subset, so think in multiples of 96.
Primers should be known to work for that taxon. Spot check by group.
Preparing Plates:
concentration should be uniform.
